BLACKMAN BLAZE STRENGTH & AGILITY

One of the biggest changes in high school athletics over the past few years has been the attitude toward strength and conditioning. Performing in the weight room has become just as important as on-the-field competition, and Blackman High School has one of the very best weight programs in the state committed to making student-athletes the best they can be.

The Blaze strength and conditioning program is designed to build a better athlete while preparing the team to win on gameday. The players work year-round on speed, agility, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
